The great thing about being a global team spread throughout many locations is that we get to meet our athletes not only at the races, but also in the off season. Yesterday we had the 6 time Megavalanche winner Rene Wildhaber visiting us at the SRAM Munich office, while on a break from an intensive training program at the Red Bull facilities in Austria.
Rene is an absolute beast on a bicycle (both up and down hill, believe me) but one of the nicest guys ever as well, we are stoked to have him onboard for the 2011 season with lots of interesting projects to come!
