Schnell & Irmiger Win Singlespeed World Championships!

Singlespeed World Championships is a unique event, to say the least. SSWC09 celebrates the extreme fun side of biking.  Many of the 1,000+ entrants competed in costumes and on fully decorated bikes. As if this wasn’t enough, the winner receives one of the most unique ‘trophies’ ever, a tattoo!

SSWC09 has a truly global following. This years event was held in the long time mountain bike hot spot, Durango, Colorado.  Durango native and SRAMbassador, Greg Herbold was live and on the scene, and of course part of the action.
